When my parents decided 10 years ago to begin their preplanning, as a result of my contacts and knowledge of the local funeral industry I told them that CFCC was the only form that I not only trusted with my own family but that their integrity and empathy put them far above the other “big box” funeral homes. Not only are Mr. Kuzma and Mr. Thompson men of faith, I have experienced and worked with them personally as well as with my family’s planning. Additionally I am a full time church musician who has dealt with funerals in both planning and execution of the services for over 40 years. Now, just one day after my Father’s funeral and internment, I have rarely ever experienced such a complete lack or worry or concern on my part or that of my family because everything was not only done well and completely, but also because they communicated with us every step of the way and included me in all decisions and communications. When it comes time for Mother’s passing we already have extreme peace and assurance than they will again serve our family with the dignity, honor and grace they have for Daddy. I just cannot say enough good and complimentary about CFCC and, anyone who is in need of or immediate care or even just considering preplanning would be themself, their family and their departed loved one a great disservice by not at least considering Mr. Kuzma and CFCC.

These folks listen to the needs and wishes of the deceased's family. Steve took the time to explain everything to us in our time of need. There was no attempt to sell unwanted services; no pressure to add a service or feature. Most importantly, they delivered what they promised. I highly recommend this company.
