Barbara Bobbi (Reich) Scott

Mrs. Barbara (Bobbi) Reich Scott (91) died on April 10th at Presbyterian Medical Center, in Charlotte, NC.  Mrs. Scott was born October 3, 1932 in Winston Salem, NC, second daughter of Frank L. Reich and Bernice Irene Reich. Mrs. Scott was a graduate of R. J. Reynolds High School in Winston Salem, NC and a graduate of Women’s College in Greensboro, NC. 

On Friday June 13, 1952 she was married to Buford William Scott Jr. (Bill) on the Bride and Groom Television program sponsored by Betty Crocker on CBS in New York, New York.  The couple made their home in New York and Charlotte, NC having two sons, David (deceased) and Steven Douglas Scott and daughter Anne Michele Scott.

She was an active member of St. Stephens United Methodist Church, member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class, Rain’s team member and a member of the Stephen’s Ministry Team.  Mrs. Scott is survived by her son Steven and daughter Anne Scott Stolarik, son-in-law John and two grand daughters Megan Ashleigh Peilin and Madison Alexa Xin Stolarik.

Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband Bill, son David and sister Betty Lou Reich and her parents.
